To get started, students need to meet with their academic advisor or if an academic advisor is not available students can complete this Course/Drop Withdrawal Request. Be sure to submit the form by the deadline listed on the Important Dates page for the current term.
To leave Rensselaer in good standing please complete the following: Contact your Class Dean to obtain a copy of the request form. Complete the leave of absence request form. Submit the form via email to your Class Dean. Make an appointment with your Class Dean to review the form and complete your exit interview.
