How to use or fill out return form with our platform

- Complete your personal information in the Authorize section. Include your Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email. If using a different shipping address for replacements, provide that as well.
- Finally, sign and date the bottom of the form to authorize refunds and charges. Ensure all fields are filled clearly before submitting your return shipment.
