Withdrawing From a Program If you are a new student starting your first term and wish to withdraw from a program, you must submit a Withdraw Form: Full-time Program form by the 10th day of classes to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca to be considered for a tuition refund.
Enter the class you wish to leave and select Settings on the left. Click the red button at the top to Leave the class.
If you have been placed in academic probation, please connect with your student adviser to discuss success strategies and the various supports Seneca has to offer. To clear a probation status, you will need to earn a Satisfactory or Good academic standing in the next term.
To withdraw from a full-time day program, you must: Download the Withdraw Form: Full-Time Program (PDF). Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided. Submit the completed form to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca using a valid Seneca email account.
