In Part C, answer whether there are any loans through the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and specify if they are in default status.
Complete Part D by certifying that all provided information is accurate. Both the Veteran and any applicable child or spouse must sign and date this section.
If applicable, fill out Part E for Legacy Child Certification. The Veteran must waive rights to unused hours and provide their signature along with their child's signature.
