What is supplement B for I-9?

Employers may complete Supplement B when: Your employee is rehired within 3 years of the date that Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, was originally completed; or. Your employee has a legal name change.

Is Form I-9 still required?

Starting November 1, 2023, all employers must use the revised Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, with the edition date 08/01/23, when completing the employment eligibility verification process.
