An A letter grade is equivalent to a 4.0 GPA, or Grade Point Average, on a 4.0 GPA scale, and a percentage grade of 9396.
Instead, I use the check system: check minus, check, and check plus (/-, /, and /+), which roughly corresponds to C, B, and A, and give zeros to those who dont complete the assignment.
Grades used in the calculation if your GPA are weighted as follows: A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, F=0, O=0. To calculate your GPA, total all the units of A-level work and multiply this number by 5.
Most schools dont give an A+, even if they give B+, C+. Most schools consider 93% or below A-. Thus, 83%=B-and 73%=C-. 87% -89%=B+so 97100% would more logically be A+.
