Late Payment Penalty: A delinquent penalty is charged when at least 90% of the tax is not paid by the deadline. The penalty amounts to 5%. A one-time 5% delinquent penalty and interest accruing at 1.25% per month will be charged on any taxes owed not paid by the original tax return due date.

Form 511 is used by an Electing PTE to file an income tax return for a specific tax year or period and to remit Electing PTE tax paid on all members' distributive or pro rata shares of income. You must elect to remit tax on all members' shares of income in order to use this form.
WHO MUST FILE? Every resident individual whose gross income from both within and outside of Oklahoma exceeds the standard deduction plus personal exemption is required to file an Oklahoma income tax return.
The Oklahoma resident, filing a joint federal return with a nonresident civilian spouse, may file an Oklahoma return as married filing separate. The resident will file on Form 511 using the married filing separate rates and reporting only his/her income and deductions.
Except as otherwise provided for in the Pass-Through Entity Tax Equity Act of 2019, every nonresident with Oklahoma source gross income of $1,000 or more is required to file an Oklahoma income tax return.
Your dependent children must file a tax return when they earn above a certain amount of income. Dependent children with earned income in excess of $12,550 must file an income tax return. Dependent children with unearned income of more than $1,100 must also file a return.
