3. Have participants read the selected text if they haven't done so already. They should identify key passages that resonate with their understanding of core content.
4. In the first round, each participant will take up to 3 minutes to read aloud their chosen passage (Level 1). Use the text box provided in our editor for clarity.
5. Next, participants will share their thoughts on the passage (Level 2), discussing interpretations and connections. Encourage them to utilize comment features for feedback.
6. Finally, participants will express how this passage impacts their work (Level 3). This can be documented in designated fields within our platform for easy reference.
7. After all rounds, debrief as a group. Use the notes taken during discussions to reflect on insights gained and new questions raised.
