The Certificate of Origin serves to docHub that goods exported from one country to another meet the origin criteria outlined in trade agreements. It is a critical document for businesses looking to benefit from reduced tariffs under free trade agreements such as the United States-Chile Free Trade Agreement.
The original copy of the Certificate of Origin (Form E) shall be submitted to the Customs Authority at the time of lodging the import entry for the products concerned claiming for preferential treatment in accordance with the domestic laws, regulations and administrative rules of the importing Party.
Form E is the financial statement prepared and signed by each party in proceedings in the Family Court or High Court for financial orders in divorce proceedings. It is a comprehensive document and requires the parties to set out their financial circumstances, with supporting documents.
Form E and Form D differ in terms of usage and the origin of goods. Form E is used for trade between Thailand and ASEAN-China countries to claim tax benefits under free trade agreements, whereas Form D is specific to tax benefits within AFTA when importing goods from ASEAN member states.
