At this time, Members must replace their photos every two (2) years. Further identification may be required. A Member must have his/her valid Waiver on file. Waivers must be updated at least once per calendar year.
ACTIONS AND BEHAVIORS WE ASK YOU TO BE MINDFUL OF WHEN VISITING ROCKIN JUMP. WARNING: Trampoline jumping is a very physical activity and thus is inherently dangerous. We must advise that you will be jumping at your own risk and remind you to jump within your ability.
Waivers can be filled out online or in store. Online waivers stay valid in our system for 1 year. Paper waivers that are filled out for birthday parties and other group events are valid for that day of jumping only and an additional waiver may need to be filled out next time you come in.
Electronic waivers signed at our in-store kiosk or online are valid for 1 year.
Cancellations must be submitted with minimum 30 days notice from next billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your membership you will need to visit the park in person during our open to the public hours. ADDRESS CHANGE: Please report a change in your address in writing immediately to Rockin Jump Trampoline Park.
