  8. Enter any South Carolina sales or use tax paid on property included in line 6 on line 9, then find the smaller value between lines 8 and 9 for line 10.
  9. Complete lines 11 and 12 similarly, ensuring you adhere to all limits specified. Finally, add lines 5 and 12 together for your total credits on line 13.
