Wisconsin Act 12, which provided a boost in funding to local governments, included requirements that Milwaukee Public Schools place 25 school resource officers sworn police officers assigned to schools. The law took effect in 2023, and officers were supposed to be in MPS schools by Jan.
To apply for an exemption, you must complete a Wisconsin Department of Revenue application form, which may be obtained from the local assessor. The form must be filed for any property that was taxed in the previous year but, because of a change in the use, occupancy, or ownership, may now qualify for exemption.
(b) Form S-012. Also called form ST-12. The monthly, quarterly, or annual return used to report state, county, and stadium taxes by persons holding a Wisconsin sellers permit, use tax registration certificate, or consumers use tax registration certificate.
According to Rule 26A, an individual who joins a new organization or corporation in the middle of the year must submit Form 12B, an income tax form. The forms primary use is to provide information about the persons income from their prior Employer. Form 12B must be provided by every new hire to their Employer.
It allows a purchaser to claim an exemption from sales or use tax if they will use the purchased property for an exempt purpose according to Massachusetts law.
