1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the sublimation order form in the editor.
2. Begin by entering the date and your PO/Ref. Number at the top of the form. Ensure these fields are filled out accurately.
3. Indicate whether you are placing a sample or an order by ticking the appropriate box. If it’s a repeat order, provide the VL Number and Pattern No.
4. Fill in the garment style, fabric type, size (Adult/Youth), quantity, and price for each item you wish to order.
5. Complete the billing and delivery information section with your company name, address, suburb, state, post code, contact details, and job name.
6. Make sure to fill in the 'Date Required' field as this is mandatory. Specify if this date is non-negotiable by ticking 'Yes' or 'No'.
7. Select your preferred delivery option (Road Freight or Airbag) and ensure all necessary fields are completed before submission.
8. Once finished, save your completed form and email it to your design coordinator or print it out for faxing.
