What is Form C assessment?

The first version of Form C was published in 2011 by BAAF and was designed as a flexible format that could be used for temporary assessments, fostering assessments and special guardianship assessments with prospective family and friends carers. It could also be used to present reports to court.

It is a successor organisation to the British Association for Adoption and Fostering (BAAF). We have adoption agency and fostering service members across the UK from local authorities and the voluntary and independent sector.
