What If OnTrac Cannot Locate the Package? If OnTrac confirms they cannot locate your package after their investigation (usually takes a few business days), please contact Skybound support. Let us know your Skybound order number, your OnTrac tracking number, and the outcome of your communication with OnTrac.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please submit an inquiry after tracking by choosing Tracking shows delivered; no package. This will open an investigation for the package. Then check your email for more information on the investigation process.

File a Claim If your mail or package included insurance, you may be able to file an insurance claim. For damaged or missing contents, we recommend filing a claim immediately, but you must file no later than 60 days from the date of mailing.
If you are the recipient of a Shipment, please contact the company that shipped you the Package to arrange a replacement or refund. All claims related to Shipments must be handled through the OnTrac Claims Management Department at cargoclaims@ontrac.com and not its Accounts Receivable Department.
