A proxy is a person at a general meeting representing an eligible voter. A proxy vote can be given by anyone who has the right to vote at a general meeting, must be a named individual and cannot be transferred to a third person.

Only the Club President or Secretary can assign the proxy. Log in to the Toastmasters website (toastmasters.org) using your credentials. Scroll down to locate the Club Proxy Voting Instructions under the Annual Business Meeting section. Choose the club (if you hold officer roles in multiple clubs).
A person may only hold a proxy for him or herself and two other members. PMR 20(4) = If the unit is owned by a trust, then the TRUSTEE for that trust may vote NOT the beneficiaries of the trust!
