Note: Business.landsend.com, storefront, phone or emailed orders CANNOT be returned to Kohls. Items purchased from Lands End Outfitters must be shipped back to the address found on your packing slip. Lands End Business orders CANNOT be returned to Lands End, Kohls, Target, or any other retail store.

How do I return an online order to Lands End?
To return items by mail, simply start your return through our Happy Returns portal for a flat fee of $8.95 (US only, $10.95 for Canada). If you return items within 90 days of purchase AND you select to receive a Merchandise Credit for your refund, the $8.95 return processing fee will be waived.
