The primary purpose of Form OR-WR is to reconcile the state withholding taxes that Oregon employers have withheld from employee wages throughout the tax year. It ensures compliance with Oregon tax laws and provides essential information to the Department of Revenue on the total amount of tax owed or refunded.
Oregon Annual Reconciliation Form OR-WR Form OR-WR is an Annual Reconciliation used to report the total income taxes withheld from employees/contractors and taxes remitted to the state. Its also used to claim an overpayment refund or pay if the taxes are underpaid.
If your gross income is greater than the amount corresponding to your filing status and boxes checked, you are required to file an Oregon state tax return. Note: If you are being claimed as a dependent on another taxpayers return, your filing threshold is $1,300.
