3. In the Wound Shape/Size section, select the appropriate options for shape and size. Use the definitions provided to accurately describe any undermining or tunneling present.
4. Proceed to specify the wound type by checking the relevant box and providing details about trauma or surgical history as needed.
5. Mark the wound location on the provided figure and describe it in words. Attach a photograph of the wound if possible.
6. On the weekly information page, fill in daily assessments regarding pain, drainage, and surrounding tissue condition. Document treatment methods and any factors affecting healing.
