If cancelled by the guest 7 days or less from the start date of rental: The guest will forfeit the full rental amount as well as RVezys service fee and its tax. The host will receive a payout of the full rental amount minus the RVezy service fee and its tax.
How much of a cut does RVshare take?
Listing your RV on RVshare does not cost anything. Once you receive your first booking, a commission will apply and will be deducted from your payout. The default commission starts at 25% and can decrease depending on your performance.
How do I remove RV from RVshare?
Whether its due to your listing being sold for an upgraded version or you no longer want to rent out one of your listings, but still want to retain your account information, you will need to contact Customer Experience (1-888-482-0234) to assist in unlisting your unit. Were sad to see you go!
What is the owner cancellation fee for RVshare?
50% when the booking is canceled within 48 hours or less of the reservation start date. 25% when the booking is canceled between 48 hours - 30 days of the reservation start date.
What is the strict cancellation policy on outdoorsy?
Strict cancellation policies require a 50% deposit. The reservation deposit is charged to all bookings made 14 or more days in advance. If a booking is less than 14 days away, the reservation is charged in full.
