  1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open it in the editor.
  2. Begin with the 'Clear nodes at neck' section. Use your palm to stroke gently, either one side at a time or both hands simultaneously. Ensure you stretch the skin downward toward the heart and repeat this motion 10 times.
  3. Move on to 'Clear the stomach/abdomen'. Place one hand over the other between your breastbone and navel. Take a deep breath, then exhale while moving your hand in circular motions, pressing deeper with each circle. Repeat this process three times.
  4. For 'Clearing along the left trunk', divide your trunk into sections about as wide as your hand. Start at the inguinal/groin area and stroke upward toward the armpit, repeating 5 to 10 times in each section.
  5. In 'Clear left armpit/axillary region', place your hand below the armpit and stretch the skin upward towards the middle of the armpit, repeating this motion 10 times.
  6. Proceed to 'Clear across chest'. Divide into three sections: right unaffected, middle, and left affected. Massage each area toward the right side for 5 to 10 strokes.
  7. 'Clear the left breast' by dividing it into upper and lower halves. Massage each half toward the right armpit using gentle strokes for 5 to 10 repetitions.
  8. 'Re-clear armpit region' by repeating instructions from step four for another set of 10 strokes.
