In the 'Prescription' section, set frequency, quantity, and select pharmacy type. Ensure you enter details in the correct format for optimal search results.
Fill in the required fields under 'Dates', including Rx Date and Start Date. Optionally, set a Stop Date.
'Notes' can be added for both pharmacy and patient as needed. Lastly, include any relevant diagnoses in the designated field.
After completing all required fields, choose either 'Save and Close' or 'Save and New'. Confirm your actions in the summary window.
