Administrative withdrawal is defined as the instructor or other college-personnel dis-enrolling a student from a class due to lack of attendance.
Reducing the number of enrolled units may affect your eligibility for Campus Housing, International Student status, Financial Aid and more. A Financial Aid student who reduces the number of units or who completely withdraws (including medical withdrawal) from a period of enrollment may be subject to REPAYMENT.
The one-time-only late withdrawal (OTO) is an option for a student who is potentially failing a course but does not have extenuating circumstances. The OTO can be taken anytime between the 10th week of a course and the last day of the class. It cannot be used during or after finals week.
