All ILR students have the same major: Industrial and Labor Relations. The ILR major focuses on the study of people and policies in the workplace. Our flexible, interdisciplinary program explores pressing work issues that affect individuals, families, organizations, and every economy and community.
GPA Requirements: Minimum GPA of 3.2 at the time of the program. Note that ILR will confirm your GPA after the fall 2024 semester to ensure eligibility. Good standing with the ILR School and the University (no pending Judicial Administrative violations, or issues in an other ILR-managed program).
