Check the SEAI National BER Register to see if your property already has a valid BER certificate, to download the BER certificate and advisory report or to review further details of the BER of a property being advertised. You will also be able to see the BER expiry date.

In order to complete the Registration Form, you must have the required insurance policies, provide a Tax Clearance Certificate, complete the SEPA direct debit mandate, submit a certified ID, agree to pay the relevant registration fee by direct debit and accept the terms of the BER Assessor Code of Practice.
To register as a BER Assessor you must complete the QQI Accredited Domestic BER Training Course with one of SEAIs listed Training Course Providers. All candidates are required to achieve a minimum grade of 70% within the training course in order to register with SEAI.
