The deadline to request a 6 drop limit is the last day to drop for the course. If a request is being submitted after the last day to drop until grade posting, please provide the approved Withdrawal and Drop Exception Form and supporting documents.
The Withdrawal Form is available online on the One Stop Enrollment website and can be submitted through the Document Uploader. Students may not withdraw from UTSA later than the third class day preceding final examinations in the Spring and Fall Semesters.
If you must withdraw, you should always withdraw officially by going to your advisor or dropping the class on your student account. You should not withdraw from a class by not going to the class anymore.
Procedure for Dropping or Withdrawing Through the Last Drop Date. After late registration through the last date to drop, students must work with their academic advisor to drop a class or fully withdraw from classes.
