How much is the confirmation payment for USC housing?

Contract Confirmation Payment A $800 confirmation payment must be made at the time you confirm your contract. See Contracts. (Returning residents participating in our renewal process will have this fee charged to their student account.)

Is the USC housing application fee refundable?

If you decide to cancel your application prior to being assigned, or to cancel your housing assignment prior to confirming your contract, print out and complete a Cancellation Request Form and send it to USC Housing Services. The application or assignment will be cancelled; the $60 processing fee will not be refunded.

How much is the USC housing confirmation fee?

The $800 confirmation fee only applies to contracts for the whole academic year.

How does USC housing reassignment work?

If we have a housing available that suits your needs, youll need to fill out a reassignment form at a Housing customer service center to request the change. Youll need to show your copy of the form to the CSC of your current assignment when you check out and to the CSC of your new assignment when you check in.
