UA Faculty-Led Programs Faculty-led programs are usually in the summer and require minimum a 2.2 GPA. Students pay a program fee that includes tuition, housing abroad, in-country travel, international insurance, and other on-site expenses. Generally, this fee DOES NOT include airfare.
Study abroad programs usually come with tuition fees, accommodation expenses, travel costs, and living expenses, which students are typically responsible for covering. Exchange programs may offer cost-saving benefits, and generally dont come with costly tuition fees.

Faculty Led Programs offer students the chance to take UNT courses with their peers abroad. These programs are typically offered during the summer for 3 or 6 credit hours, and many programs are open to all majors. Please note that students must be 18 years of age or older prior to the start of the program.
