1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Engineering General Education Graduation Documentation in our editor.
2. Begin by entering your name, student ID, SFSU email, personal email, and mailing address in the designated fields.
3. Select your engineering discipline by checking the appropriate box: Civil, Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical. Indicate whether you are a native or transfer student.
4. Ensure that all items on the checklist are completed and checked off. This includes submitting the G.E. Graduation Application Form based on your chosen path.

7. Attach a current Degree Audit Report (DAR) and any previously reviewed DARs or G.E. Worksheets as required.
8. Include copies of all G.E. petitions filed and an Advanced Standing Evaluation (ASE) Form if applicable.
