Secure Electronic Transcripts are accepted at: mqa.nursingappstatus@flhealth.gov.
Documents may also be emailed to MQA.NursingAppstatus@flhealth.gov or mailed to Florida Board of Nursing, 4052 Bald Cypress Way, Bin C-02, Tallahassee, FL 32399.
Electronic transcripts must be sent to brn.etranscripts@dca.ca.gov. If you attended a nursing program in another country, you will need to have your official transcripts sent to the Board by mail.
Include the full name of your reference Start with the first and last name of the reference. If the person holds a title (e.g., Dr., Prof.), be sure to include it. Briefly describe your professional relationship to the reference (e.g., former manager, colleague, or mentor).
