The Idaho Administrative Code is a compilation of agency rules promulgated and adopted pursuant to the Idaho Administrative Procedure Act (IDAPA). The code, referred to as the IDAPA, is published each year upon the conclusion of the legislative session.
The basic benefit is sixty-seven percent (67%) of your average weekly wage, subject to the minimums and maximum of 90% of the average state wage provided in Idaho Code (I.C.) 72-408 and 72-409.
Under Idaho Code 72-419, the adjuster takes the four quarters prior to your accident and calculates what your average weekly wage is for the highest quarter. Then he/she multiplies that average weekly wage by 67% to arrive at the amount that you will receive in these TTD benefits every 2 weeks.
