What is an O2 certification?

This course is intended to teach emergency oxygen (O2) administration. This program covers equipment and procedures for administrating oxygen as an emergency procedure. Equipment selection and use for decompression illness emergencies are detailed with practical components to train a well rounded rescuer.

It is breathing higher levels of oxygen during exercise. You can use an exercise bike, elliptical or another cardio training option. Any time you are breathing supplemental oxygen during exercise it = EWOT. During a 15-minute workout, you will breathe 420% more purity than the normal 21% you are now getting.
