To list certificates that are available on the smart card, type certutil.exe -scinfo . Entering a PIN is not required for this operation. You can press ESC if you are prompted for a PIN.
Use the AD-CS web portal to request a certificate On the Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services Welcome page, select Request a certificate.
