The Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) program offers qualifying dislocated workers the opportunity for early re-employment through self-employment. The program is designed to encourage and enable unemployed workers to create their own jobs by starting their own small businesses.
How do I enroll? Participants voluntarily apply for the FSS program by completing the online pre-application form below. Selected residents attend an orientation session and enter into a five-year FSS Contract of Participation, which initiates enrollment in the program.
