The Student Foundation Scholars Program, established in 1971 by the ASU Student Foundation, aims to provide scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 to current Arizona State University students based on an essay and an interview. Eligible applicants must be enrolled full-time with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate community involvement and financial need. Applications are due by February 3, 2012, with interviews scheduled for early March and recipients honored at a reception on April 19, 2012.

The ASU GPA requirements are between 3.0 and 4.0. You will need a high GPA and will likely be graduating at the top half of your class in order to get into ASU. If your GPA is lower than suggested at the time you apply, you may have to perform above average on your standardized tests.
