Reg 12 - Builder's Certificate doc 2025

1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Reg 12 - Builder's Certificate in the editor.
2. Begin by entering the Yard/IMO Number and Name of Vessel in the designated fields at the top of the form.
3. Fill in the Date of Build, followed by the Details of Vessel section. Input Length, Breadth, and Depth in metres as required.
4. Specify the Method of propulsion (sail, motor, or both) and provide the Make of engine (KW). Also, include the Estimated tonnage of vessel.
5. Complete the Builder’s Name and Address fields accurately. If applicable, indicate Place of Build if different from builder’s address.
6. Certify your work by filling in Full Name(s), Full Address(es), and Occupation(s) under 'I/We hereby certify that...'.
7. If there are joint owners, ensure all details are provided and add 'as Joint Owners'.
8. Finally, date and sign where indicated. If a body corporate is involved, ensure it is sealed and witnessed.
