There are no restrictions on trip purpose or frequency of travel. For Philadelphia residents, ADA service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
Dial-a-Ride was made for short distances but there is no maximum distance. We know it can be hard to get a booking for longer distances. This is because of the number of drivers and spaces, and because they can make other peoples rides take longer.
You may use a cell phone on the bus as long as you keep calls short, keep your voice low, and do not disturb fellow passengers or the bus driver. Minimize incoming calls when possible and use the silent/vibrate ringer option.
Phoenix Dial-a-Ride allows residents who are certified under the Americans with Disabilities Act to schedule shared-ride services. Drivers may pick up or drop off other passengers before taking you to your destination within the Phoenix DAR service area.
