What is the fee for requesting a transcript? There is a fee of $10, plus tax, to unlock your transcripts in MyCreds. The access, once purchased, is good for 365 days from date of issue.
Complete and submit the Course Withdrawal Request Form online. The date of withdrawal will be the date of the submission. No tuition refunds are issued if you withdraw more than 30 days after your course contract start date.
