EXAMINATION IN AID OF ENFORCEMENT. An examination under oath of an enforcement debtor for determining the extent and location of his assets and for ascertaining any information pertinent to enforcement.
If he/she/they has/have not already responded to the allegations, the Respondent shall file with the Court, an affidavit (the Respondents Affidavit) in response within 14 days of the date of this Order. The Respondents Affidavit will be no more than 8 pages in length with no more than 40 pages of exhibits.

All parties are required to provide an address for service when filing their documents. Service of all non-commencement documents should then be made to that address for service. Those documents may be served by regular mail or by e-mail or fax if an e-mail address or fax number has been provided.
