Residence apartments are located above the first 8 floors of the building, which are used for academic purposes. Residence space includes 19 floors and 332 rooms. DCC features a study lounge on every other floor, as well as central laundry and a large community space on the 8th floor.

We do not guarantee residence for first-year students. When offering a space in residence, TMU gives priority to first-year students traveling the furthest distance away from our campus. You can complete a residence application form once you have an active Offer of Admission to TMU.

Summer housing at UTM is available to students who are affiliated with the University of Toronto and enrolled in a degree granting program OR if you are a new student enrolled in the Academic Culture and English (ACE) Program.
