The Portal tracks state policies for undocumented students on in-state tuition, state financial aid, professional and occupational licensure, and driver licenses.
A student must have: Attended a Maryland high school. Graduated from a Maryland high school or received a Maryland GED. Registered within six years after graduating from a Maryland high school or receiving a Maryland GED.
Maryland provides eligible undocumented residents, including DACA recipients, with access to in-state tuition, state financial aid, and driver licenses and state identification.
Who Can Apply for the California Dream Act? Students who live in California and meet the eligibility requirements of Assembly Bill (AB) 540 or AB 2000, as well as students who have a U Visa or TPS status, can use the California Dream Act application (CADAA).
