How can I recover my BDO account?

Follow these steps on the BDO Online Banking website (online.bdo.com.ph) On the login screen, click Forgot your password? Enter your User ID, then click Verify. Enter the last four (4) digits of your BDO Debit/Credit Card or Checking/Savings Account Number enrolled in Online Banking, then click Submit.

Can you reactivate a closed bank account?

You can sometimes reopen a closed bank account depending on the banks policies and the reasons for the closure. Accounts that you closed or that were closed due to inactive status tend to be easier to reopen than those that were terminated due to problems like frequent overdrafts.

Can you reactivate your BDO account?

Account Closure Fee will be collected if account is closed within 30 days from account opening. Falling Below Minimum Balance Fee will be collected if account falls below the required minimum MADB for two consecutive months. Account Dormancy Fee will be collected if account is dormant and falls below the minimum MADB.

Account Dormancy Fee will be collected if account is dormant and falls below the minimum MADB. A savings account is dormant if it has no client-initiated activity for two (2) years. Collection will start five (5) years after the last client-initiated activity date.
