AWB is available for printing on both the Shopee App and Seller Centre. However, sellers can only print the Picklist and Packing List via Seller Centre. Sellers can only mass print AWB via Seller Centre.

How do I download AWB Shopee?

Once you select Print Waybill in Seller Centre, your AWB will automatically download. In Chrome, go to the Downloads folder by selecting the more options icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. Select the more options icon next to the AWB file name to Share the AWB via email or a file sharing app.

What is an IATA AWB?

The AWB is the contract of carriage with your shipper or freight forwarder but is also used for other purposes. Together with your ground handlers, review your processes and make them paperless: the electronic document is as good as its paper version!

When shipping Category A You must retain a copy of the shipper's declaration for one year?

A carrier must retain a copy of the shipper's declaration form for a minimum of three (3) months. NOTE: This is IATA's requirement. U.S. federal regulations are more stringent. A carrier must retain a copy of the shipper's declaration one year and the shipper must retain a copy for two years.
