If you wish to change your curriculum you need to complete the Application for Change of Curriculum form. The completed form must be taken to your faculty office for processing. Your unofficial transcript, which is available from student administration self-service, should accompany this form.
Your form must be submitted on PeopleSoft using the service-request function. For instructions on how to use service requests, see: Change Curriculum page on Vula (). If you cannot upload it to PeopleSoft, you should approach your Faculty Office.
If you intend to discontinue your studies, you must submit a Cancellation of Registration [ACA08] form. The completed form must be uploaded as a service request in PeopleSoft.
If you fail the exam(s) or course, you will be academically excluded (see below). Students in the Status Pending category are expected to submit appeals against exclusion provisionally, in case the outstanding mark is a fail. If you pass your appeal form will be discarded as it will be unnecessary.
