The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County is the largest natural and historical museum in the Western United States. The museum is located in Exposition Park, Los Angeles, next to the California Science Center.
Many of Washington, DCs major attractions are open to the public and do not require tickets, including the Smithsonian museums, the National Gallery of Art, and the monuments and memorials on the National Mall. Entry to the Smithsonian Zoo is free but requires an entry pass.
Admission is always free at the National Museum of American History.
