All students except Echols Scholars must complete a Second Writing Requirement with a grade of C- or better. To meet the Second Writing Requirement, a class must: Assign at least two writing assignments in English totaling 20 pages or more independent of quizzes and final examinations.
Part-Time Enrollment However, students may enroll for a semester or two on a part-time basis, with permission from their Advising Dean. Part-time students are limited to a maximum of six credits per semester. Students may not count more than 16 credits taken on a part-time basis toward the degree.
