San Francisco State University accepts electronic transcripts directly from many colleges and universities. Please request transcripts to be sent electronically when possible. Please only submit transcripts when you receive a transcript request email from the Undergraduate Admission Department.
Appeal Procedure Appeals must be submitted in writing either via the form below or via letter to: Undergraduate Admissions, 1600 Holloway Ave., San Francisco, CA 94132. Appeals must be made within 15 days of the denial decision. There is a limit of one appeal per academic term.
Ordering by Mail or In-Person The transcript request form can only request hard copy transcripts; if an electronic copy is needed, please order online through Parchment. Official transcripts are not available for first-time students until after completion of their first semester.
Where should I send my official transcripts and examination results? For academic records and/or examination results to be considered official, they must be sent directly by the school, exam board, or a school official to Florida State University. A school official can email your academic records to admissions@fsu.edu.
For paper transcripts Paper transcripts must be received in sealed, unopened envelopes. Ask your previous school(s) to send your official transcripts directly to: California State University, Northridge. Office of the Registrar. 18111 Nordhoff Street. Northridge, CA 91330-8207.
