To qualify for an HSF scholarship, applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria: Be of Hispanic heritage. U.S. citizen, eligible non-citizen, or DACA recipient. Minimum GPA requirements apply to both high school and college students: 3.0 for high school students and 2.5 for college students.
Great: The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) can provide invaluable financial aid and support to help you achieve your academic and professional goals. Every year, the HSF supports ambitious students to ensure they have the resources to excel in their college coursework, graduate, reach their career goals, and more.
Every year, 10,000 students are selected to participate in the HSF Scholar Program.
Must have a 3.5 GPA or higher at the time they are applying. Weighted and unweighted GPAs are considered. Must have a permanent address in the United States, a U.S. territory or U.S. military base, or attend a Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) school. U.S. citizenship is not required.
HSF scholarships are highly competitive; unfortunately, not all qualified applicants receive a scholarship each year.
