In addition, routine requests to inspect court case files may be made at the court clerks counter in each state court.
You may submit a public records request electronically to the Oregon DOJ via the Public Records Request form . Or you may submit a request by email, mail or fax. For information about your child support case, please visit Child Support Case Records .
Federal case files are maintained electronically and are available through the internet-based Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) service. PACER allows anyone with an account to search and locate appellate, district, and bankruptcy court case and docket information.
The Court Interpreter Services Office in Multnomah County may be contacted by e-mail at MUL.Interpreter.Services@ojd.state.or.us or by calling 503-986-5688. The Interpreter Services Office is available to take both e-mail and calls each business day from 8:00 am to Noon and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
