You must give the school written permission before it can evaluate your child. After you give the school permission, the school must schedule a Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) meeting, and discuss the results with you within 30 school days.
There must be at least 2 classroom observations of a teacher in each school year that the teacher is evaluated. One observation may be unscheduled. A classroom observation must not be less than 15 minutes but does not have to be for an entire class period.
